Our goal is to make delicious food that most people can eat - we use nuts in many of our recipes but otherwise do not add any of the other main allergens - gluten (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, and malt), eggs, soy, dairy, peanuts, fish, or crustacean shellfish.

When we tried to find delicious gluten-free goodies in our local stores, we found tasteless cardboard or sandy styrofoam passing as food. We decided there had to be an alternative and set about trying to find ingredients that were not only gluten-free, all natural and healthy, but, most importantly, delicious!
Grandma is gluten-intolerant and cannot eat wheat, rye or barley.
Grandpa is diabetic and is better off eating goodies that are sweetened with agave nectar than refined sugar.
